SHIPPING: PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or picked up on weekends or holidays.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we have a high volume of orders. If there will be a significant shipping delay, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING: METHODS AND CALCULATOR

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address using an application from Canada Post. We ship worldwide and you can choose the option that meets your needs.

If you are in Toronto, you can schedule a time to pick up your work for free from the artist.

SHIPPING: CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation by email with your tracking number(s).

SHIPPING: CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, including tariffs.
